LocalPC - API documentation for this address (it is the user's own Windows PC).
No secrets on this page. Every real call needs the key the user gave you in the chat.

The user writes:  connect lpc https://localpc.tail858e29.ts.net <key>

How to call (use bash / code execution, POST is required):

- "connect lpc ...": run op "connect" with args {} and show its short result to the user.
- After that, a user message starting with "lpc" is a task for their PC: do it with LocalPC ops.
  op "help" with {"op":"<op name>"} returns that op's arguments.
  op "batch" with {"calls":[{"op":"...","args":{...}}, ...]} runs up to 10 steps in ONE call - prefer it.
  op "run_command" with {"command":"..."} runs a Windows cmd command.
- Never repeat the key in your replies. Deploys and deletes on live sites need the user's confirm=true.
- 401 = wrong key. 429 = too many wrong keys, wait 1 minute. No connection = the PC is off, asleep or offline.
